Voice Response- Access your credit union account at the convenience of a touch-tone telephone. The 24-hour, seven-days a week service allows you to make withdrawals, transfer funds or find out your balance. Best of all, it is available to you for free! Home Banking- JCTCU's Cue-Branch gives you access to your accounts all day, every day, quickly and securely via the Internet. This free service allows you to view account balances and history, make transfers between accounts, apply for a loan, request check withdrawals, reorder checks, stop payment on checks, and download account information to Quicken® or Microsoft® Money.

VISA Check Card- Use your Jefferson County Teachers' Credit Union VISA Check Card at any ATM that displays the VISA or STAR logo. And, use the same card (instead of writing a check) at any merchant that accepts VISA. The card automatically deducts the purchase amount from your credit union share draft account. It is that easy. No more fumbling for your checkbook or for your identification, now one card does it all!

Safe Deposit Boxes- With a JCTCU safe deposit box, you know your valuables are secure. The credit union offers five different box sizes, so you can choose the one that best fits your personal needs. All boxes are located in the main office at 2120 12th Avenue North. You'll get your own key and 25% off your first year's rental cost. Seniors, age 55 and older, also receive 25% off the rental fee every year. To choose the safe deposit box you need, come by the downtown office.

Extended Warranty for New Cars and Pre-Owned Cars- This optional service offers an extended warranty on your car after the factory warranty has expired. As a credit union member, you receive this service at a discounted rate. Plus, the cost can be included in your auto loan for just pennies a day. With this extended coverage your car's resale value immediately increases.

Credit Union Service Centers, a network of shared credit union offices, allows you to make withdrawals, deposit funds and transfers between accounts. To take advantage of these services, simply present your credit union identification. It's that easy!

Credit Union Service Centers offer extended hours. There are over 2900 locations nationwide and 70 across the state. Most service centers are open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday. Now you can handle your credit union transactions on your time.
